How long does shipping take?

We ship orders placed before 10 am EST the same day. You’ll receive tracking number information as soon as your box ships. If you need expedited shipping, you can reach us anytime atatyourservice@syltbar.comor call at 754-200-6086

What if I miss my delivery?

An adult signature (21+) is required for delivery and UPS or FedEx will make 3 delivery attempts before the package is returned to our warehouse. A restocking fee will be applied if your package is returned. Please track your shipment to see the delivery status and make arrangements in advance of the expected delivery date.

If you won't be available to receive your package on the expected delivery date, please contact the carrier to set up a different delivery date.

How much does the shipping cost?

Purchases of 12 or more receive free ground shipping. The ground shipping rate for orders below 12 bottles starts at $15 -20 depending on your location. Shipping rates to Hawaii are as follows: $70 for 6 bottles, $85 for 9 bottles, and $100 for 12 bottles.

Which shipping service you use?

Typically, ground shipping takes 2-3 business days if you’re on the East Coast, and 5-7 business days if you’re on the West Coast. You’ll get tracking information as soon as your box ships. Can I reroute or reschedule my order?

You can reroute or reschedule your shipment directly through UPS myChoice, or FedEx manage Delivery

Do you ship Internationally?

Do you accept returns on wine?

Because of the Alcohol regulations in the US we are unable to accept returns once your wine has been delivered. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service atatyourservice@syltbar.com. See our Return Policy for more information.

What is your policy on lost/stolen packages?

SYLTBAR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked “Delivered” by the carrier. In some cases, carriers mark packages “Delivered” prematurely and end up delivering packages a couple of days later. We suggest waiting 2-3 days before reaching out to us. If your package is lost or stolen or is stuck in transit with the carrier, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Why was SYLTBAR created?

SYLTBAR was created to bring consumers premium quality wines at non-premium prices. There are so many different types of mass-produced Proseccos and wines available right now that are filled with added sulfites for extended shelf life, and added sugar for taste.

SYLTBAR was created to give you a high-quality Prosecco that you can drink every day. There is no special occasion needed to enjoy a glass of SYLTBAR!

What’s the difference between the Prosecco and Sparkling Rosé?

Mr SYLTBAR Premium Prosecco is made from 100% Glera grapes. By Italian Law, Prosecco must contain at least 85% Glera Grape to be labeled as Prosecco. Other Proseccos only contain 85% Glera Grape, and the remaining 15% is a mix of cheaper grapes. SYLTBAR uses 100% Glera Grape and is certified by the DOC.

Mrs SYLTBAR Sparkling Rosé is made from 100% Merlot grapes. Many sparkling Rosés use a Pinot Noir Grape blend. SYLTBAR uses 100% Merlot, which is very rare because Merlot has less acidity.

The type of grape used determines the resulting flavor of our sparkling products. A Sparkling Rosé never can be a Prosecco because of the grape used to make it.

What difference does a 4-month fermentation process make?

The secondary fermentation process for SYLTBAR Sparkling Wine products takes up to 4 months. This is the optimal amount of time to ensure that only fruit sugars are left. The end result is a naturally produced Prosecco and Sparkling Rosé that has no added sugars and no added sulfites.

There are only 1.5 grams of carbs in a 6 oz glass (compared to an average of grams) and 66ppm sulfites in a 6 oz glass (compared to an average of 140ppm).

How many calories are in a glass?

There are only 49 calories per 6 oz glass of our Prosecco and 63 calories in our 6 oz glass of Sparkling Rosé. That’s almost half, or sometimes only one-third, the amount of the calories compared to other Prosecco, Champagne, Cava and other sparkling wine because of the added sugar. What’s the alcohol content of your products?

Despite the limited number of calories in SYLTBAR products, the alcohol content for both the SYLTBAR Prosecco and SYLTBAR Sparkling Rosé is 11.5%, which is comparable to sparkling wines with more calories.

Can I drink SYLTBAR while I’m on a Ketogenic or low-carb diet?

You absolutely can! The Keto diet is a very low-carb, high-fat diet and is restricted to under 20 grams of carbs a day. SYLTBAR Premium Prosecco contains about 1.5 g of carbs per 6 oz glass and only 0.29 g of sugar. SYLTBAR Sparkling Rosé amounts to 1.54 g of carbs per 6 oz pour and only 0.33 grams of sugar. Enjoy either of these while on your diet - in moderation!

Do you offer bulk discounts for weddings or events?

We offer bulk discounts for orders of 5 cases of 12 bottles or more. Please ensure that your venue and caterer allows you to provide your own sparkling wine. Bulk orders cannot be returned. Tell us about your event through the contact form and we’ll get in touch.

How do I receive information about special promotions?

Please scroll down to the bottom of our site and enter your email to receive our newsletter. You may only sign up to receive promotional e-mails if you are at least 21 years old. Accordingly, if you sign up to receive e-mails from SYLTBAR, you are affirming that you are at least 21 years old.

Placing Orders
May I place an order by phone?

Typically, all orders must be placed through our website. However, if you are sending an order for more than 6 people or have a business/corporate gift order consisting of 12 bottles or more, please email us at: atyourservice@syltbar.com.

I was told that my order could not be verified because my credit card information did not match. I know that this is my correct address. Can you still process my order?

Due to our strict verification policy, which is in place due to a high rate of fraud for certain products, if we cannot verify that all your information is correct, we cannot arrange for your delivery. You will either have to contact your credit card company and have them rectify the situation or provide us with another credit card to use for purchase. When all information is verified and satisfactory to our credit processing department, your order will then be processed.

Please note that we utilize a technology-based service to approve transactions. We apologize for the inconvenience caused in the event that one of our customer service representatives contacts you because your order is “flagged” as a potential unauthorized or fraudulent transaction. It may be just a matter of your transaction triggering an anti-fraud alert to us. We value your patronage and respectfully request that you allow our customer service to inquire further with you for additional information that will rectify the anti-fraud concern. We hope that you understand that the process we employ helps reduce fraud and allows us to keep prices competitive for all customers.

I opened a bottle and it was spoiled. How can I get a replacement?
