Shipping
How long does shipping take?

All orders placed before 10am EST will be shipped out the same day. All orders placed after 10am EST will be shipped the next business day. You’ll receive tracking number information as soon as your box ships. If you need expedited shipping, you can reach us anytime atatyourservice@syltbar.comor call at 754-200-6086 

Which states we don’t currently ship to?

Alabama/ AL, Alaska/AK, Arkansas/ AR, Mississippi/ MS, Oklahoma/ OK, South Dakota/ SD, Utah/ UT and Vermont/ VT

What if I miss my delivery?

An adult signature (21+) is required for delivery and UPS or FedEx will make 3 delivery attempts before the package is returned to our warehouse. A restocking fee will be applied if your package is returned. Please track your shipment to see the delivery status and make arrangements in advance of the expected delivery date.

If you won't be available to receive your package on the expected delivery date, please contact the carrier to set up a different delivery date.

How much does the shipping cost?

Purchases of 12 or more receive free ground shipping. The ground shipping rate for orders below 12 bottles starts at $15 -20 depending on your location. Shipping rates to Hawaii are as follows: $70 for 6 bottles, $85 for 9 bottles, and $100 for 12 bottles.

Which shipping service you use?

Typically, ground shipping takes 2-3 business days if you’re on the East Coast, and 5-7 business days if you’re on the West Coast. You’ll get tracking information as soon as your box ships. If you need expedited shipping, you can reach out to us anytime at atyourservice@syltbar.com, or at 754 200-6086.

Can I reroute or reschedule my order?

You can reroute or reschedule your shipment directly through UPS myChoice, or FedEx manage Delivery.

Do you ship Internationally?

We only ship within the United States. If you need help finding SYLTBAR in your country, please call us at 754-200-6086 or email at atyourservice@syltbar.com

Do you accept returns on wine?

Because of the Alcohol regulations in the US we are unable to accept returns once your wine has been delivered. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service atatyourservice@syltbar.com. See our Return Policy for more information.

What is your policy on lost/stolen packages?

SYLTBAR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked “Delivered” by the carrier. In some cases, carriers mark packages “Delivered” prematurely and end up delivering packages a couple of days later. We suggest waiting 2-3 days before reaching out to us. If your package is lost or stolen or is stuck in transit with the carrier, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. The Brand
What does our Lab Test stands for?

The University of Miami Diabetes Research Institute actually conducted a test to compare the glucose levels with 80 sparkling wine brands,
Champagne, Cavas and Prosecco and SYLTBAR was the winner to have the lowest sugar content because of the double fermentation process.

How do you come up with the calories amount? 
Not only is Mr and Mrs significantly lower in sugar content than other well known sparkling brands, but its calories is also largely different too. By using the average alcohol and residual sugar levels with the formula (Volume (mL) * ABV * 8 * 7 calories/gram) / 1000

DO YOU PRODUCE IN YOUR OWN VINEYARD? 
Yes our winery San Simone founded in 1915 is located in Friuli/ Italy very close to Venice. You see the Name of our winery on each SYLTBAR bottle, what you don’t usually is not the case by many other Brands, you will only find the Brand name because this wines are mass produce by large wine manufactures with many additives.
DOES SYLTBAR WINES CONTAINS SULFITES? 
Sulfites are a natural byproduct because of the soil, but we don’t add sulfites to extend the shelf life time. Our Mr and Mrs even carry the filing date on the back label to guarantee to have the freshest juice in the market, we don’t produce in bulks to reduce cost to comprise on quality. Wine can legally have up to 350ppm of sulfites, our wines rank from 25-43ppm depending on the harvest.
IS SYLTBAR VEGAN? 
Yes, our wines stay in the tank long enough to self-stabilize with the slow sedimentation of these particles. We don’t use any egg white, gelatin and fish bladder.
IS SYLTBAR GLUTEN-FREE? 
Yes, all SYLTBAR wines are gluten free. Our own harvest grape are gluten-free and with our 100% natural winemaking process there is not need introduction of gluten.
IS SYLTBAR ORGANIC? 
On each SYLTBAR bottle you will find on the back label the green project one step above Organic. This is a set of actions, behaviors and procedures that have been put forward to contribute to environmental sustainability of our business, what starts with the soil ! Our water doesn’t include any metals, for example copper or lead.
HOW MUCH ALCOHOL CONTENT IN SYLTBAR WINES? 
Most Proseccos will have around 11% ABV. SYLTBAR has 11.5% because our winery is using a much longer fermentation time in compare to mass produced Prosecco’s or Sparkling Rose to avoid to add the sugar. Our still wines contain 13% ABV because they are Vintage wines.
CAN I DRINK SYLTBAR WHILE I’M ON A KETOGENIC OR LOW-CARB DIET?
You absolutely can! The Keto diet is a very low-carb, high-fat diet and is restricted to be under 20 grams of carbs a day. Weight Watchers gave SYLTBAR only 2 Smart Points!

How can I get free shipping?

Orders of 12 bottles and more qualify for free shipping. Want to save 10% off your order? Join our SYLTBAR VIP Wine Club, we ship every 4 or 8 weeks apart. No commitments, no cancellation fees.

Do you offer bulk discounts for weddings or events?

We offer bulk discounts for orders of 5 cases of 12 bottles or more. Please ensure that your venue and caterer allows you to provide your own sparkling wine. Bulk orders cannot be returned. Tell us about your event through the contact form and we’ll get in touch.

How do I receive information about special promotions?

Please scroll down to the bottom of our site and enter your email to receive our newsletter. You may only sign up to receive promotional e-mails if you are at least 21 years old. Accordingly, if you sign up to receive e-mails from SYLTBAR, you are affirming that you are at least 21 years old.

Placing Orders
May I place an order by phone?

Typically, all orders must be placed through our website. However, if you are sending an order for more than 6 people or have a business/corporate gift order consisting of 12 bottles or more, please email us at: atyourservice@syltbar.com.

I was told that my order could not be verified because my credit card information did not match. I know that this is my correct address. Can you still process my order?

Due to our strict verification policy, which is in place due to a high rate of fraud for certain products, if we cannot verify that all your information is correct, we cannot arrange for your delivery. You will either have to contact your credit card company and have them rectify the situation or provide us with another credit card to use for purchase. When all information is verified and satisfactory to our credit processing department, your order will then be processed.

Please note that we utilize a technology-based service to approve transactions. We apologize for the inconvenience caused in the event that one of our customer service representatives contacts you because your order is “flagged” as a potential unauthorized or fraudulent transaction. It may be just a matter of your transaction triggering an anti-fraud alert to us. We value your patronage and respectfully request that you allow our customer service to inquire further with you for additional information that will rectify the anti-fraud concern. We hope that you understand that the process we employ helps reduce fraud and allows us to keep prices competitive for all customers.

I opened a bottle and it was spoiled. How can I get a replacement?
