General

SYLTBAR was established in 2010 to introduce a truly 100% natural wine to the US. Unlike many other wines that often contain chemicals like Roundup, sulfites and high sugar levels, SYLTBAR offers a high-quality wine with very low sugar, minimal sulfites and no chemicals. SYLTBAR provides a healthier, more natural choice for wine-lovers, perfect for any occasion, while also supporting sustainability.

SYLTBAR Prosecco is made from 100% Glera grapes, even though Italian law requires only 85% Glera to qualify as Prosecco. Our Sparkling Rosé is uniquely made from 100% Merlot grapes, the only one of its kind in the US. If you see a Prosecco Rosé, it means it’s a blend of 85% Glera with 15% red wine grapes. For us, it doesn’t make sense to mix white and red grapes just to call it Prosecco. We prioritize values over marketing, using only 100% of our chosen grape variety.

Mr SYLTBAR Premium Prosecco, Mrs SYLTBAR Sparkling Rose and Mr Big Prosecco Double Magnum are currently available at select stores in the following states: Arizona  California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Nevada, New York, Texas,  Washington, Ohio, Maryland, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Georgia, North Carolina, Indiana and Michigan.

You can ask your favorite local wine stores or restaurants to order SYLTBAR. Since it's available through distributors, they should be able to get it for you upon request, usually it takes 2-3 days. 

We keep our distribution very limited due to our commitment to 100% natural production, which is why you won't find SYLTBAR everywhere like mass-produced brands. Please understand that we don't compromise on quality for the sake of quantity. To secure your SYLTBAR inventory, we recommend joining our wine club.

Whether you like vegan food, steak, sushi or new concepts, you can find SYLTBAR at exclusive restaurants like Nobu, Steak48 and Noble House Hotels. Visit our store locator to find restaurants that carry SYLTBAR. When you are at your favorite restaurants, simply request they carry SYLTBAR.

We offer bulk discounts for orders of 5 cases of 12 bottles or more. 

  • 5-9 cases 15% 
  • 10-15 cases 20%
  • 16-25 cases 25% 

Shipping is complimentary in the US. Please ensure that your venue and caterer allows you to provide your own sparkling wine. Bulk orders cannot be returned and we ship to 40 states, excluding Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Mississippi, South Dakota, Utah and Vermont. If you would like more information please contact us and tell us about your special event.

Ordering

We are very sorry you are experiencing this issue.  Please check that your billing address is correct and the zip code is connected with your card-issued bank or credit card company. If the problem still persists, please contact us.

Typically, all orders must be placed through our website. However, if you are sending an order for more than 6 people or have a business/corporate gift order consisting of 12 bottles or more, please contact us.

Sorry subscriptions cannot use easy payments. If you have any questions or need assistance please contact us.

Once an order is placed on our website, it is processed immediately and sent to our warehouse, so cancellations are not possible. In some cases, we may be able to recall the shipment before it is in transit.

Please call us at 754-200-6086 right away for assistance. A 20% restocking fee will apply. To request a recall please contact us immediately.

Digital cards are delivered via email and contain instructions for how to redeem them at checkout. Physical cards are delivered via mail. There are no additional processing fees. Gift cards are for online purchases only and can not be redeemed in stores.

All orders placed before 10am EST will be shipped out the same day. All orders placed after 10am EST will be shipped the next business day. You’ll receive tracking number information as soon as your SYLTBAR box ships. 

In addition to shopping on our website, you can order Mr & Mrs SYLTBAR for pickup or delivery from your preferred store or through delivery services like Instacart or DoorDash. Please visit our store locator for more information.

Returns

No, you are unable to make returns once your wine has been delivered or purchased through our online store to a local retailer. 

Because of alcohol regulations in the US, we are unable to accept returns once your wine has been delivered. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. See read through our full return Policy for more information.

If your package or wine bottles were damaged in transit or was lost, please report it within 30 days of delivery. Include photos of the shipping box's exterior and interior, if possible, to help us file a claim with UPS. Contact us for assistance.

Shipping

Purchases of 12 or more bottles receive free ground shipping. For orders of fewer than 12 bottles, the ground shipping rate ranges from $10 to $40, depending on your location. Your first order ships free, with no minimum quantity required.  Members of our SYLTBAR Wine Club also receive FREE shipping on all subscription orders. 

A UPS Access Point is a designated location, like a local store or business, where you can drop off or pick up packages. It offers a flexible option for receiving shipments when you're not home, with extended business hours for added convenience. To Learn more please click here.

All orders placed before 10 AM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10 AM EST will be shipped the next business day. You’ll receive tracking information once your package ships. Shipping within Florida takes 1-2 business days. For other states on the East Coast, it takes 3-4 business days. For the West Coast, it takes 5-6 business days. For the Mid West, it takes 3-4 business day.

Yes. An adult signature (21+) is required for delivery. UPS/FedEx will make 3 delivery attempts before the package is returned to our warehouse. A 25% restocking fee will be applied if your package is returned. Please track your shipment to see the delivery status and make arrangements in advance of the expected delivery date.

If you won't be available to receive your package on the expected delivery date, please contact the carrier to set up a different delivery date.

If the order requires a signature upon delivery, then someone over 21 will need to be present to sign for it, but it doesn't have to be you personally.

Yes. Someone else over 21 years old can sign for your delivery.

Yes, you can pick up your order locally in Florida between 10am and 4pm EST. Please provide us with written notification the day before your pickup by emailing hello@SYLTBAR.com or visit customer support.

Yes, as soon as the carrier picks up your order, you will automatically receive a notification with your tracking number via email or text, depending on how you signed up.
