Select Access Point

When you are at checkout choose "Access Point" under delivery options and search for your city.

Choose Location

Search the map using your zip code to find a local access point to have your order shipped to for pick up.

Pick up

You will receive a notification when your order has been delivered. All you have to do is make arrangement to pick up your order.

Access Point FAQ

UPS Access Point Locations are available for all states using UPS as carriers. 

Using your tracking number you will see the status: Delivered to Access Point and ready for costumer pick up.

Yes, and you will need a government photo ID and tracking number to pick up your order at the UPS Access Point Location.

Once your order is delivered to the UPS access Point Location, you will have 5 business days to pick it up. After that, UPS will return the package to our warehouse.

As long as you select your UPS Access Point Location from our check-out page you will not have any extra charges.

You will have 5 business days to pick up your order. After that, UPS will return the package to our warehouse. The customer will pay reshipping costs if the order has to be reshipped, or a 20% restocking fee will be charged if the order is cancelled .

If you need to change your delivery location we suggest creating your free UPS My Choice account. You can schedule a different delivery date or delivery location.
