Order in time for 4th of July:
- West Coast: June 25th at 10 AM ET
- Midwest: June 29th at 10 AM ET

Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all orders of 12+ bottles in the continental USA. We also offer free shipping on all wine club subscriptions. We do not offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
Alcohol Shipping Free Shipping
Due to restrictions in many US state laws, we only ship wine to those states where direct shipment of wine to consumers is permitted by law by licensed retailers. We currently cannot and do not ship to the following states: Arkansas/AR and Utah/UT.
The list of states we can ship wine to is subject to change without notice. In addition, each state imposes certain limitations on the amount of wine any particular resident may receive by direct shipment. Some states also have certain areas to which alcohol cannot be shipped, so there are certain zip codes where we cannot ship wine. To ensure that you are able to order wine for direct shipment from our website, please consult the specific state requirements if you have any questions.
Shipping turn-around times
All orders placed between Monday and Friday before 10AM EST will ship the same day unless payment has not been processed. All orders placed after 10am EST will be shipped the next business day. We do not ship orders over the weekends. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
Weather conditions can cause delays that affect carriers or create other delays in shipping. If there are delays in getting your shipment sent due to weather conditions, we will ship it as soon as it is possible.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using UPS, FedEx and USPS depending on your location and what is ordered from us. When your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number. For questions regarding your package once it has shipped, please contact the shipping service directly.
Adult Signature Required
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine in the USA by law. When your package arrives it will require an adult signature with the carrier. If you are not able to be there, we would suggest having the shipment held at the carrier for pick up or making arrangements to have it delivered when you are able to sign.
Any packages going to a FedEx or UPS hold location must be picked up within 5 days of delivery.
Tracking
We send a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours depending on your shipping location for the status of this shipment to update. For wine shipments, you will be required to sign for the delivery. If you are not able to be there, we would suggest having the shipment held at the carrier for pick up or making arrangements to have it delivered when you are able to sign.
Missed Delivery
The carrier may attempt delivery 3 times at their discretion. They will leave a notice of their attempt. If the order has not been retrieved within those terms, then the package will be returned to us and you will be responsible for any additional delivery charges. We strongly recommend using a business address for your delivery and making sure that someone 21 years of age or older is present to sign for the order delivery.
We charge a 25% restocking fee if your package is returned. Please track your shipment to be informed of delivery statuses and make arrangements in advance of the delivery date to be there to sign. If you won't be available to receive and sign for your package on the expected delivery date, please contact the carrier to set up a different delivery date. Returned packages to our facility can be reshipped with a 20% handling fee applied.
Damaged Shipments
Packages that are damaged in shipment will be returned to the shipper. When this happens, we will send out a new shipment containing the item(s) ordered and you will not be charged for this additional shipment.
Wrong Shipping Addresses
When a package is returned to the shipper because the address was entered incorrectly, a refund will be issued to the credit card used to pay less the cost of shipping to the original destination as well as back to the shipper. The amount deducted from your refund will be based on the original method of shipping chosen. For example, if the one way shipping charge is $15.00, the amount refunded will be deducted by $30.00.
An additional charge can occur if the cost of the product is less than the total amount of shipping fees. This same refund/fee structure will also apply to packages that are returned to the shipper because the recipient had this held at a local FedEx office and failed to collect the package in time or if delivery was not made after 3 attempts by FedEx. If the package is not restocked, but is reshipped, there will be an additional charge to reship the product. There will also be a charge for the return shipment, as well as the new shipment out, on the purchaser’s credit card.
UPS Access Point Shipping
We offer the option to send your order to local UPS access points in your city. This means your order will be sent to those locations for you to pick up at your convenience. Please make arrangements to pick up your order within 5 days.
Shipping to PO Boxes
We are unable to ship products to post office boxes since we require age verification upon receipt.
International Shipping
We do not offer shipping outside of the United States at this time.
