Wine Club Subscriptions

We are excited for your interest in the SYLTBAR wine club.  Being a member makes it easy to get your wine on repeat, save 10%, and always get FREE shipping.  This policy lays out how you can change, pause or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription with the SYLTBAR wine club, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. We offer frequencies of 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 8 weeks. 

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you should pause your wine club membership.

If you want to change or pause your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order to manage your subscriptions. You can also manage your subscription by logging into your account on SYLTBAR.com.

Wine Club Cancellation

If you want to cancel your subscription, you can alternatively pause the membership which stops your recurring subscription charges and shipments.  If you prefer that your subscription be completely canceled, please contact us and we will assist you with this process.

Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. Instead, you can request a full or partial refund. Please review our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
