Refund policy
Alcohol Returns
We cannot accept returns of alcoholic products due to applicable laws and regulations governing returns of alcoholic products. All sales are final. A 25% restocking fee will be applied if your package is returned. Please track your shipment to see the delivery status and make arrangements in advance of the expected delivery date. If you won't be available to receive and sign for your package on the expected delivery date, please contact the carrier to set up a different delivery date. Returned packages to our facility can be reshipped, customer will be responsible for cost of reshipment.
Non-Alcohol Returns
We do accept returns on non-alcoholic products within 15 days of purchase. These products must be in original packaging and have no signs of use. The original shipping charge and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
If you would like to inquire about or start a return for non-alcoholic products, please contact us. We will refund your account within seven days of receipt of the returned items; you will receive a notice by email once your refund is issued. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 days for the refund to appear on your account.
Store Returns
We only accept returns for product purchases on the SYLTBAR website. If you purchased SYLTBAR products from a local retailer you must return items to the retailer. We do not take returns of products purchased on other websites, retailers or local stores.
Gift Cards
All gift cards are not refundable.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care to ensure that your product arrives undamaged. However, accidents do occur. If you believe your shipment is damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can determine an appropriate solution. We may request that you return the damaged product to us or provide us with a photo of the damage so that we can determine how to avoid issues of a similar nature in the future.
