Traveling to Italy? All our wine club members will receive a once in a lifetime visit to our winery in beautiful Friuli, Italy. We invite all our wine club members to discover the San Simone Winery and see where our spectacular wine is made. Please notify us at least 4 weeks in advance. Your visit will also include a delicious, authentic Italian lunch.

To become a wine club member, simply sign up by building your "wine box". It's that easy!

There is no membership fee for the wine club.

Simply send us the receipt from your Nobu dinner and use the same credit card that you have saved on file for your wine club membership along with a screenshoot of a post on social media with you and Mr, tagging @SYLTBAR. We will credit the amount for one Mr bottle for your next wine club shipment

Yes, you can order fine wines with your subscription and you can select any of our wines for your subscription. Your subscription order must still equal a minimum of 12 bottles.

Yes, we can ship to states in the US for wine club members, excluding Alabama (AL), Alaska (AK), Arkansas (AR), Mississippi (MS), South Dakota (SD), Utah (UT), Vermont (VT), and Hawaii (HI).

Yes, you get 10% off your wine club subscription, and this discount also applies to orders with a minimum of 12 bottles.

No, subscriptions are available starting from 12 bottles.

Our winery produces wine in small batches because we choose not to add extra sulfites to extend the shelf life for wide distribution. This is one reason why you won't find SYLTBAR everywhere like other mass-produced brands. With a wine club membership, you are our top priority, ensuring we always have inventory for you.

Yes, but please note that it can only be paused once and for a maximum of 8 weeks. If you need to pause it for a longer period of time, we recommend canceling the subscription instead.

To change the wines in your subscription, log in and go to Manage Subscription.

Add to Subscription: Add more wines to all future shipments.

Swap Subscription Item: Replace one wine with another.

Tip: Maintain a minimum of 12 bottles. Increase quantities first before decreasing to keep your balance above 12. To add wines to just your next shipment, go to Manage Next Order and use Add to Your Next Order.

To update your existing subscription, follow these steps:

To change the wines in your subscription, log in to your account and go to "Manage Subscription." You can either "Add to Subscription" to include more wines in all shipments or "Swap Subscription Item" to replace a wine. Remember, your subscription must have at least 12 bottles. We recommend adding wines first before removing any. To add wines to your next shipment only, go to "Manage Next Order" and select wines under "Add to Your Next Order."

To cancel your membership, simply write us an email or call us 754-200-6086. We would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know the reason for cancellation. Your feedback is helpful as we continue to grow and improve. We will immediately cancel your membership on our end.

Yes, you can pick up your order locally in Florida between 10 am and 4 pm EST. Please provide us with written notification the day before your pickup by contacting us.

Yes, you can use a UPS Access Point with the wine club. Simply choose Access Point as your delivery method at checkout. If you have any questions or issues please contact us.

Yes, of course! You can order 12, 24, 36, or more. You can also order multiple cases and mix and match your favorites!

We will credit the amount for one bottle of Mr on your next wine club shipment when you visit Nobu at any US location (except at Caesars Palace and Paris in Las Vegas, due to licensing). Simply send us the receipt from your Nobu dinner that shows the purchase of a Mr SYLTBAR bottle, use the same credit card you have on file for your wine club membership, and share a social media post with you and Mr, tagging @SYLTBAR and the Nobu location.

Your free winery visit can be arranged any time during the year, except in August, September or October due to vacation and harvest season. Please notify us at least 4 weeks in advance. Our winery is 45 minutes by train from Venice. We will provide pick-up and a tour of the winery, including a complimentary lunch. You will be responsible for all other expenses.
