4-6 basil leaves

1 oz. gin (suggested: Monkey 47 Gin)

½ ounce fresh squeezed lemon

½ ounce fresh strawberry purée

2 oz. Mr SYLTBAR Prosecco

Sliced strawberry

Lemon wedge
Directions
To make the fresh strawberry purée, add ½ a cup of diced strawberries into a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
Muddle the basil leaves at the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
Add gin, fresh lemon, strawberry purée and ice, and give it a good shake until very cold.
Use a strainer to pour the combination into a coupe glass.
Top with Mr. Do not stir.
Put the sliced strawberry and lemon wedge together on a toothpick and place on top of the glass for garnish.
