Although it’s still winter, we’re always dreaming about sunshine and one sip of our Blushing Rosé Cooler will have you feeling pure bliss. This cocktail is as refreshing as a summer breeze and as elegant as a garden soirée. This drink is a symphony of fresh, vibrant flavors designed to delight your senses with every sip.
The base begins with 100% pure watermelon juice, bursting with natural sweetness and hydrating goodness. When you juice fresh watermelon, you’re not just getting incredible flavor—you’re preserving its vitamins and antioxidants, unlike the store-bought versions, which can be loaded with added sugars and artificial flavors.
Freshly squeezed lime juice adds a zesty twist that’s impossible to replicate with bottled lime juice, which often lacks the brightness and aroma that make a cocktail truly pop. A touch of homemade honey syrup ties it all together with a silky, natural sweetness. By making your own, you avoid the overly processed, one-note flavor of store-bought sweeteners and instead get to enjoy the nuanced, floral richness of real honey. Plus, it’s super easy to whip up and elevates your cocktail game to pro status!
Fresh cucumber and mint are gently muddled to infuse the drink with cool, herbaceous undertones, while raspberries lend a subtle berry sweetness that feels oh-so-summery.
The magic happens when this fragrant, fruity mixture is topped with Mr SYLTBAR. The bubbles give it a playful, fizzy finish that feels like a celebration in a glass. Served over ice and garnished with a cucumber ribbon, a mint sprig, and a juicy wedge of watermelon or a raspberry, the Blushing Rosé Cooler is as beautiful as it is delicious.
Perfect for brunch, poolside lounging, or any gathering where you want to bring a touch of glamour, this cocktail isn’t just a drink—it’s an experience. Cheers to refreshing vibes and rosy moments!

½ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
-
½ oz honey syrup*
-
4 oz Mrs SYLTBAR Sparkling Rosé
-
Garnish: Cucumber ribbon, mint sprig, and small wedge of watermelon or a strawberry slice
Directions
Add cucumber, raspberries and mint leaves to a shaker and muddle to release the fresh flavors and aromas.
Add watermelon juice, lime juice, honey syrup, and ice to the shaker and shake until chilled.
Strain into a white wine glass filled with ice.
Top with Mrs SYLTBAR
Garnish with a cucumber ribbon, a mint sprig, and a small wedge of watermelon or a raspberry.
Recipe Note
*To make homemade honey syrup, combine equal parts honey and warm water. Stir until completely blended together. This will keep well when stored in the refrigerator until use. This is an important step because honey is too thick to dissolve on its own in cold liquids, so a syrup must be made.
