Here's a Valentine's Day cocktail recipe that combines the elegance of Mrs SYLTBAR Sparkling
Rosé with the classic Cosmo profile—introducing the Cupid’s Cosmo!
Love is in the air—and in your glass—with Cupid’s Cosmo, a sparkling, romantic twist on the
classic Cosmopolitan. This Valentine’s Day cocktail brings together the elegance of Mrs, the
natural citrus of our Loopidilup, the flirtiness of fresh cranberry, and a touch of homemade rose
syrup for an extra hint of romance.
The secret to a truly vibrant and balanced cocktail? Freshly squeezed lime juice. Store-bought
lime juice is often pasteurized, which dulls its brightness and can add a slightly bitter, artificial
taste, or there are added sweeteners which increase the calorie content. Fresh lime juice brings
out the natural tartness and zest, elevating your cocktail to bar-quality perfection without
unwanted calories or sugar.
On that same note, many cranberry juices on the market are loaded with sugar and artificial
flavors, which can overpower the delicate balance of a cocktail. To let the crisp tartness shine,
look for 100% cranberry juice, preferably organic, with no added sweeteners. This gives Cupid’s
Cosmo its signature tang while keeping the flavors fresh and natural.
For a truly romantic touch, add homemade rose syrup to your cocktail. It’s easier than you think
and adds a subtle floral sweetness that takes Cupid’s Cosmo to the next level. Directions are
below!
Cupid’s Cosmo is light, refreshing, and just the right amount of flirty. Whether you’re celebrating
love, friendship, or just the beauty of a well-made cocktail, this rosy sip will have you falling
head over heels.
