One thing we never compromise on is the importance of natural ingredients — and sometimes that means making them from scratch. Why settle for store-bought when you can craft the perfect cocktail with your own home simple syrup and freshly squeezed juice? Using fresh lemon juice delivers a bright, zesty punch that elevates every sip, while homemade simple syrup gives you full control over the flavor and sweetness.

Recipe Note
*To make your own simple syrup, you’ll need 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water. Add to a small saucepan over medium heat, and stir until the sugar dissolves, then bring to a gentle simmer. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely. The syrup can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
