From the kitchen of Chef Ajesh, he shares one of his favorite recipes for delicious bread.
This recipe includes a recipe for the pao also which is adapted from Hokkaido style milk bread. Making bread is definitely a process, but it's relatively straightforward (we all did it during quarantine, right?). You can easily sub in Hawaiian dinner rolls or potato rolls instead of making your own, but just make sure whatever you use is soft and pillowy just like the original. That being said, give this a crack and make the bread your own, it's so good that you'll never go back to the prepackaged stuff.
