1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz fresh pineapple juice

1/2 oz homemade pomegranate syrup*

2 oz passion fruit liqueur (suggested: Chinola)

3 oz Mrs SYLTBAR Sparkling Rosé

Pineapple slice
Directions
All lemon juice, pineapple juice, pomegranate syrup, passion fruit liqueur and ice into a cocktail shaker and give it a good shake until cold.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Top with Mrs SYLTBAR.
Garnish with pineapple slice.
Recipe Note
*To make homemade pomegranate syrup, you need 1 cup of 100% pomegranate juice (suggested: POM) and sugar. Combine the juice and sugar in a saucepan. Use your discretion when it comes to the sugar here — this allows you to control the sweetness and the calories. Stir the mixture over medium heat until the sugar fully dissolves, then let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until it reduces and thickens. Be careful not to let it boil. At this point, you can also stir in a teaspoon of lemon for added brightness and help with preservation. Let the syrup cool completely before transferring to a glass bottle or jar, and store in the refrigerator. It’ll keep for 2-3 weeks.
