1/2 oz elderflower liqueur

3/4 oz fresh pineapple juice

1/2 oz fresh lime juice

2 oz Mr SYLTBAR

1 oz soda water

Garnish: Orange twist or dried pineapple
Directions
Fill a wine glass or highball with ice.
Add gin, Loopidilup, elderflower liqueur, pineapple juice, and lime juice.
Stir gently to combine.
Top with Mr and soda water.
Garnish with an orange twist or a dried pineapple slice.
